Free IntroService Variety
We run 2 types of sessions, both designed to build strength, improve fitness, and keep your training engaging and enjoyable.
There’s something here for every level.
1-1 Personal Training
This is the start of your journey, where you work individually with your coach to lay the foundations for your training and nutrition. We will assess your movement and level of fitness to design your bespoke and specific training programme. This ensures you are as confident as possible when moving into semi private training.
Semi-private Personal Training
This is our flagship service. We blend the personalised benefits of 1-1 training with a more cost efficient, community based training service (of only up to 3 people). This still allows us to keep your nutrition and training specific to you, whilst sharing a space with other likeminded individuals.
