This is the start of your journey, where you work individually with your preferred coach to lay the foundations for your training and nutrition. Each session is built around your goals, your schedule, and your current fitness level (including your individual sessions!). This ensures you are as confident as possible, and we can fine tune any changes to your routine with your coach 1-1, before considering your move into semi private training
