Semi-Private PT combines the structure of 1-1 coaching with the comfort of training alongside 2 other likeminded members. Each session is led by one of our expert coaches and capped at 3 people so you get the specialist attention you deserve.

Your programme is made for YOU, whether your goal is fatloss, building strength or muscle, or to feel fitter and more confident, we design your plan specifically for you. Your coach guides you through every part of the session, offering feedback and support so you know exactly what to do and how to do it.
